Hyaluronic / Dermal Fillers

Description of Treatment

With aging, the skin begins to lose the necessary acids and the composition of the skin begins to change. The first wrinkles appear after the age of 25, when the rest of the skin begins to show signs of aging and loss of elasticity. The main ingredient of dermal fillers is hyaluronic acid, which binds to the water, integrates with the surrounding collagen and restores elasticity to the face. The skin’s response to hyaluronic acid is positive and also causes enhanced collagen formation which improves and prolongs the treatment results. They are considered an artistic process as they are most commonly used in combination with botox to help shape facial contours.

They are one of the most popular aesthetic treatments because they are easy to apply with immediately visible results, biodegradation and minimal recovery time after treatment. They are mainly used to make up for lost volume, ie for contouring the cheeks, volumizing and lifting, also for softening rough facial lines, correction of the eyelids and for filling the lips. Hyaluronic dermal fillers are designed to treat all facial areas.

FAQ

Does it look natural?
After treatment, the patient looks completely natural, as the skin returns to the elements that has been lost over the years. The facial mimicry remains the same, the lips appear more sensual, the face regains its volume and the skin looks youthful.

Side effects?
Very rare and short-term side effects are redness, swelling, bruising or sensitivity at the injection site.
Significant long-term side effects are very rare, according to recent research: 1 in 25,000 reactions was reported as hypersensitive.

Is treatment painful?
The treatment lasts 5-15 minutes, and the latest generation of dermal fillers (Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm Vycross fillers) already contain local anesthesia. Local anesthesia isolates the pain and provides painless and relaxed treatment.

How long do the results last?
The duration of the results varies from patient to patient, but the effect of treatment ranges from 12 to 24 months, although it is evident from our experience that the effect lasts longer if treatments are repeated regularly. The most long-lasting results have proven to be the use of Juvederm Volume and Restylane Volyme fillers (used mainly for lifting cheeks, for hanging skin around the chin and for non-surgical facelifting).
